PARKING

The amphitheater parking lot opens two (2) hours prior to gates. There is very limited parking available at the Coffee Butler Amphitheater. Additional City Parking lots are located nearby at the Truman Waterfront and can be found online at www.cityofkeywest-fl.gov.

We strongly encourage bike riding and ride sharing. Drop-off locations are just prior to the entrance. 

CHAIR RENTAL

Lawn chair rental is available on a first come, first serve basis for $16/chair inside the venue. *Cash Only

TICKETS

Box office & Will Call are located at the entrance of the venue and will open at 12PM on show day. For questions regarding your tickets, please email us at boxoffice@thekeywesttheater.com

SECONDARY TICKETING

The Coffee Butler Key West Amphitheater does not endorse using any secondary ticketing sources. Our Box Offices cannot resolve any issues involving them, such as lost tickets or bogus tickets. Tickets for all of our shows are sold through AXS or in person at the Box Offices at the Key West Theater. Tickets are sometimes available through fan club sites as pre-sales or special VIP packages. Rams Head Presents has the right to cancel ticket transactions that are suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling.*Please be sure when purchasing online that you are purchasing through the venues verified ticketing service and/or website.

ACCESSABILITY

All accessible parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is located in the parking lot directly across from the venue. A valid, appropriate handicap placard or license plate is required to park in a space identified as reserved for persons with disabilities. Patrons with disabilities can be dropped off at the entrance where assistance is available if needed. 

Accessible restrooms are located on either side of the venue. 

FOOD, DRINK & SHOPPING

Enjoy beverages from any of our full bars throughout the venue! Credit cards are accepted. ATMS are also available on-site.

RULES & REGULATIONS

BAGS: Bags will be checked at the entrance. Please see below for allowable bags and sizing. 

PHOTOGRAPHY: No professional lens cameras are allowed in venue. Any camera with a detachable lens is considered professional. 

RE-ENTRY: Re-entry is not permitted. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

SMOKING: By City of Key West Ordinance, we are a NON-SMOKING venue. This includes vape pens and e-cigarettes. Fines apply.
